Added to the preface of the book is a note that the work is based on complete breakdowns and reassemblies of all arguments in inferential sequence, not just a collection of formulations as they occured in the various sources.
And I will soon put up a sample page on this blog of what it will actually look like. That is, if I can get it to format properly here. Probably just end up linking to a pdf on the website.
